Governing Law
This agreement is interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Ghana. All dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted in Ghana.
Using our Service
We provide our Service for you to use, all the same you are required to use our Service in an appropriate and acceptable manner.
We shall not accept any use which is likely to cause damages or bring our Service into disrepute or which causes us or threatens to cause us to incur legal, tax or regulatory liability.
For example, you must not use our Service:
- in any manner that is prohibited by applicable local, national or international law;
- in executing any fraudulent or illegal purpose or anything that is to cause a negative effect;
- to send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material or any other form of unsolicited communication (spam); or
- to transfer any data, send or upload any material that contains any harmful programs, such as viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or time-bombs.

Failure to comply with the terms above constitutes a serious breach of these terms. In the event of a breach, we reserve the right to pursue any of the following actions:

Complaints
Notify Us
Send us a notification immediately you detect an unauthorized or challenging transaction has occurred. This will help us rectify any challenge and prevent any losses.
Reversal
Where a complaint is made against us linked to payments, a reversal should be made within fourteen (14) days after date of payment. It is taken as a waiver of right to the extent the applicable law permits, where the said period elapses and you failed to make a complaint.
Dispute with a third party
Where a dispute arises between you and a third party over purchased goods or services, we incur no liability for such goods or services. We are under no obligation whatsoever in any way to interfere where a dispute arises between two parties.
Links to other websites
We are not owners or controllers of services found on third-party websites with their links on our website. We take no responsibility for any content, material, services, and privacy policies found on any third party website. You agree we shall incur no liability for damages or any loss caused by dependence of information, content and materials found on such third party sites.
Changes, updates and amendments
We may make changes or replace our Terms from time to time. You will receive a notification once such changes or updates take effect through an email address or contact provided by you. In case of a replacement of the Terms, you will receive at least thirty (30) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Severability
Where possible, each provision and every part of this Agreement shall be interpreted in such manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision or part of this Agreement shall be invalid or prohibited under the applicable law, such provision shall be ineffective only to the extent of such prohibition in such jurisdiction and shall not affect the remainder of any such provision or where part of this Agreement are adjudged by a court or arbitrator to be invalid or unenforceable, the Parties agree that the court or arbitrator making such determination of invalidity or unenforceability shall have the power to adjust the terms of this Agreement to make this Agreement valid and enforceable as nearly as possible to the original intent of the parties.
Dispute resolution
In the event of any misunderstanding or dispute between the parties hereto or any matter concerning the interpretation of any provision of this Agreement the said misunderstanding, dispute or interpretation shall be settled through negotiations within a period of thirty (30) days. Where after the lapse of thirty (30) days the parties are unable to reach an amicable settlement the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the Rules and Procedures of the Ghana Arbitration Centre by a Sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre and the venue for the arbitration shall be in the city of Accra, Ghana.
